The hotel has a great location, with the free tram available right on the sidewalk to take you up the Mall in the very centre of the city. the room had a glass shower in the middle and a beautiful mural on the wall. the staff was friendly and waived the steep pet fee when we complained.
The room wasn't properly cleaned, with dusty heater vents and a dirty floor behind the dresser.

The facilities were excellent, clean and modern. the location was great for exploring the city on foot with lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. the staff were friendly and attentive, and always happy to help with any questions we had.
The noise from the street outside could be quite loud at night, which made it difficult to sleep. the room lacked some basic amenities like an iron and a wardrobe, and the mini-bar selection was limited.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right near the train station and in the very centre of Denver. It was so convenient to hop on the free tram that takes you up The Mall and explore all the shops and restaurants in the Lodo neighborhood. The staff here was super nice and accommodated our request for early check-in. The rooms were small but clean and trendy, with all the amenities you could need like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The shower was roomy and the bed was very comfortable.
We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Denver.

Great beds and showers, awesome location near Union Station, and fun design that added to our Easter experience.
The hotel seemed to be trying too hard to be a party destination, with loud noise from clubs and bars nearby. the rooms lacked amenities expected for the price, such as closets, irons, and chairs.
